Phat Dat successfully issues over 72.5 million dividend shares

Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) has officially announced the completion of its dividend share issuance to existing shareholders.

The company successfully allocated 72,574,296 shares, representing a minor adjustment of 4,510 shares from the originally planned 72,578,806 shares. This adjustment was made in accordance with standard procedures for rounding down to whole units and canceling fractional shares.

The share issuance was funded from the company’s undistributed post-tax profits for 2024 and accumulated profits from previous years up to December 31, 2024, as in the audited 2024 Financial Statements.

Shareholders received new shares at a ratio of 100:8, meaning for every 100 shares held at the record date, shareholders were entitled to receive 8 new shares.

Following the distribution on August 5, 2025, Phat Dat’s total outstanding shares increased from 907,235,083 to 979,809,379 shares.
