Phat Dat Issues Official Response on Completion of Tax Obligations
HCMC, October 4, 2025 – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) officially announces that the Company has fulfilled all tax obligations with state authorities as of September 24, 2025. At the same time, information regarding the exit restriction measure against CEO Bui Quang Anh Vu is entirely unfounded. The details are as follows:
From September 24, 2025, Phat Dat completed and rectified all tax obligations with state authorities following compulsory tax enforcement decisions issued by the HCMC Tax Department. Official Dispatch No. 10807/QD-HCM-KĐT dated September 26, 2025 from the HCMC Tax Department attests to this. All of these official documents have been publicly disclosed on Phat Dat’s official website and to relevant agencies and organizations.
Accordingly, Phat Dat fulfilled its tax obligations nearly one week prior to September 30, 2025—the date on which the HCMC Tax Department issued a notice stating that an exit restriction would be applied to the Company’s legal representative, CEO Bui Quang Anh Vu.
Phat Dat affirms that Notice No. 9029/TB-TP.HCM dated September 30, 2025 regarding the exit restriction against Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu is entirely unreasonable, causing serious adverse effects on the lawful rights and interests of Phat Dat, Mr. Vu personally, and other related parties.
The Company also expresses concern that this matter may be exploited to spread misleading information, causing confusion among more than 56,000 investors who are current shareholders of Phat Dat, and potentially leading to damages beyond the Company’s ability to safeguard against.
At present, CEO Bui Quang Anh Vu – the legal representative of Phat Dat, continues to carry out his duties as usual and is preparing to attend upcoming international conferences and meetings as scheduled.
Phat Dat reaffirms its commitment to full compliance with the law, maintaining transparency in business operations, and consistently fulfilling obligations with state authorities to ensure the sustainable development of the Company and the community.
