Looking Back on the 2025 Journey of La Pura “Wellness City”
Entering 2026, La Pura continues to demonstrate strong momentum, with construction progressing at a fast, well-coordinated, and systematic pace—clearly reflecting the developer’s commitment to quality and timely delivery.
Each day, more than 700 engineers, workers, and technical staff are active on the La Pura construction site. Modern machinery and equipment are fully deployed, enabling structural works, MEP installation, and interior finishing of the towers to be carried out in parallel and in strict alignment with the approved master schedule.
As of December 2025, key construction milestones have been achieved as planned:
- Zenia Tower: completed up to the 23rd floor
- Risa Tower: completed up to the 17th floor
In parallel with on-site construction, surrounding infrastructure development is being accelerated, most notably the expansion of National Highway 13 to eight lanes. This upgrade enhances connectivity between Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City while further strengthening the project’s long-term growth potential.
Positioned as a “Wellness City” in the Northeast of HCMC, La Pura is gradually taking shape as a balanced and sustainable living environment within the expanded Ho Chi Minh City megacity.
