Phat Dat holds an investor livestream
On the afternoon of January 29th 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) held an investor livestream featuring the Company’s leadership, including the Board Chairman Nguyen Van Dat and CEO Bui Quang Anh Vu. The livestream was moderated by Huynh Minh Tuan, Founder of FIDT Investment Consulting and Asset Management JSC.

Notably, as early as late 2025, Phat Dat had taken consistent and compelling steps to prepare resources for a new phase of development. The Company has concurrently implemented a range of solutions, including corporate restructuring, strengthening financial capacity, optimizing cash flows, accelerating M&A activities, and expanding its land bank in potential markets etc. These foundations enable Phat Dat to realize its medium- and long-term growth objectives.
A highlight of the livestream was Phat Dat’s sustainable development orientation, demonstrated through collaboration with Ho Chi Minh City authorities on community-serving projects such as the renovation project for Phan Dinh Phung Indoor Stadium and Binh Chuan 3 Primary School.
