Phat Dat holds a groundbreaking ceremony for Binh Chuan 3 Primary School

HCMC, Wednesday, January 28, 2026. In line with the policy of promoting private sector participation in education and the orientation for developing social infrastructure set by the Municipal Party Committee and HCMC People’s Committee, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) sponsors the construction of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School in Thuan Giao Ward. On the morning of January 28, 2026, Phat Dat held a groundbreaking ceremony for the project. The project is fully funded by Phat Dat under a “turnkey” model, with a total investment of VND 145 billion, and is expected to be completed and handed over by the end of July this year.

A MODERN SCHOOL MODEL WITH SYNCHRONIZED INVESTMENT

According to the master plan and design, Binh Chuan 3 Primary School will be built on a site of nearly 10,500 square meters, featuring 40 classrooms along with a full range of auxiliary facilities and modern equipment, meeting the standards of a high-quality primary school in the new era. The project includes classroom blocks, administrative and management areas, common activity spaces, a multi-purpose gymnasium, playgrounds, a swimming pool, and other learning and recreational support facilities, ensuring a comprehensive educational environment for students.

Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, CEO of Phat Dat, delivered a speech at the ceremony.

Under the “turnkey” sponsorship model, Phat Dat is responsible for the entire process—from investment, design, construction, and equipment installation to full completion and handover to the State for management and operation. As planned, the project will be completed and handed over by the end of July 2026, in time to meet the educational needs of local residents’ children.

Ms. Vo Huynh Ngoc Thuy, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairwoman of the PC of Thuan Giao Ward, highlighted the need for standard-compliant school facilities in the area.

With Phat Dat’s professional approach and investment, Binh Chuan 3 Primary School is designed based on modern educational architecture, placing learners at the center and closely integrating with the socio-cultural environment and local nature.

Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the HCMC Department of Education and Training, emphasized the significance of this project for improving the quality of education and training in the locality in particular and in Ho Chi Minh City as a whole.

Accordingly, the school’s architectural language is characterized by clear and cohesive forms, effectively integrating natural lighting and ventilation to enhance energy efficiency and improve spatial quality. Learning, recreational, and activity spaces are designed with flexibility, aligned with modern educational approaches, while supporting students’ holistic development in terms of physical health, mental well-being, and social skills. The overall layout is designed to seamlessly integrate functional blocks and open spaces, with a central courtyard and well-ventilated corridors, creating a friendly, safe, and experience-rich learning environment.

The overall architectural design of Binh Chuan 3 Primary School has been highly regarded for its modernity and human-centered approach. On this occasion, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation also donated 10 Tet gift packages to 10 disadvantaged local households and contributed VND 100 million to support social welfare initiatives in Thuan Giao Ward.
