Phat Dat announces the 2025 Audited Financial Statements

On March 31, 2026, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) announced its audited consolidated financial statements for 2025, reporting consolidated profit after tax of VND 514.68 billion, an increase of 232% year-on-year.

Specifically, according to the 2025 audited consolidated Financial Statements: net revenue from sales and service provision reached VND 1,324.97 billion, gross profit totaled VND 720.18 billion, and financial income amounted to VND 637.99 billion. Consolidated profit after tax reached VND 514.68 billion, representing a 232% increase (equivalent to VND 359.5 billion) compared to 2024.

As of December 31, 2025, total assets stood at VND 27,270.24 billion, of which inventories accounted for VND 16,715 billion. Total equity reached VND 12,423.93 billion, up 12.3% (equivalent to VND 1,365.43 billion) compared to the beginning of the year.
