Phat Dat receives Top 10 Asia – Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026 award
Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) has been honored as one of the “Top 10 Asia-Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026” in Beijing, China. The award was presented at the 5th Asia-Pacific Economic Forum 2026, a regional event bringing together leading businesses, organizations, and economic experts from across the Asia-Pacific region.
The selection process was based on a comprehensive set of evaluation criteria, including corporate reputation, competitiveness, product quality, international integration capability, innovation, human resource development, sustainable development strategies, and commitment to economic growth in harmony with environmental protection.

This recognition at a regional economic forum comes as Phat Dat continues to pursue a strategy of elevating its project development standards toward international benchmarks while expanding cooperation with global partners in real estate development, operation, and management.
Recently, Phat Dat has strengthened its partnerships with major international corporations such as Mitsubishi Corporation, Lotte, and WorldHotels, a brand under BWH Hotels.
Notably, its cooperation with Mitsubishi Corporation in the Thuan An 1 project is regarded as a significant milestone in the Company’s international integration journey. According to industry experts, collaboration with Japanese partners known for their rigorous standards, such as Mitsubishi Corporation, requires project developers to meet stringent requirements relating to legal compliance, corporate governance, financial capability, and project execution capacity.
Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu, CEO of Phat Dat, stated that the Company has proactively elevated its standards across project preparation, legal management, financial operations, and organizational structure to meet the expectations of international partners.
In parallel, Phat Dat has recently signed a cooperation agreement with Lotte regarding the development of the Thu Thiem Eco Smart City project in Thu Thiem New Urban Area, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is positioned as one of the largest mixed-use urban developments in the city’s new financial and commercial center, integrating various functions including shopping malls, hotels, office space, and high-end residential units.

In terms of operations, the Company’s partnership with WorldHotels, a brand under BWH Hotels, reflects its commitment to adopting international management and operational standards for suitable product lines.
Beyond expanding international cooperation, Phat Dat is also progressively incorporating globally recognized standards into its developments, notably LEED and Fitwel.
LEED is a green building certification system focusing on energy efficiency, resource utilization, and carbon emission reduction, while Fitwel emphasizes residents’ health, safety, and overall well-being through criteria related to living environments and project operations.
Market observers note that the adoption of international standards in real estate development is becoming an increasingly prominent trend in Vietnam as the market shifts from competition based on scale to competition based on quality and long-term operational performance.
This strategic direction is reflected in Phat Dat’s new projects, including La Pura and Quy Nhon Iconic. These projects are designed with a strong emphasis on living experience, amenities, and integrated planning rather than solely on housing functions.
Alongside project development activities, Phat Dat has also showcased its projects at international investment forums in Shanghai, Taipei, Tokyo, and other major cities to strengthen connections with foreign investors and partners interested in the Vietnamese market.

According to its business plan, Phat Dat expects to launch 6 to 8 large-scale, high-standard projects during the 2026–2027 period.
As Vietnam’s real estate market enters a new stage of development, expanding cooperation with international corporations, enhancing project development standards, and aligning with global operational benchmarks are regarded as key factors enhancing Phat Dat’s long-term competitiveness.
For Phat Dat, the “Top 10 Asia-Pacific Outstanding Brands 2026” award represents not only recognition of its brand value but also reflects the Company’s ongoing efforts to align itself with emerging development standards across the regional market.
