Phat Dat announces BOD resolution on the transfer of a portion of capital contribution in Thuan An 1 Company

HCMC, December 8, 2025, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR: HOSE) issued Resolution No. 35/2025/HĐQT approving the plan to transfer a portion of the Company’s capital contribution in Thuan An 1 High-Rise Real Estate Investment Company Limited (Thuan An 1 Company).

Accordingly, the BOD approved the transfer of a portion of Phat Dat’s capital contribution with a value of VND 21,477,517 (in words: twenty-one million four hundred seventy-seven thousand five hundred seventeen Vietnamese dong), representing 0.01% of the charter capital of Thuan An 1 Company, to another individual.

Upon completion of the transfer procedures, Phat Dat will hold a remaining capital contribution of VND 42,933,557,611 (in words: forty-two billion nine hundred thirty-three million five hundred fifty-seven thousand six hundred eleven Vietnamese dong), equivalent to 19.99% of the charter capital of Thuan An 1 Company.
