Update on the construction progress of La Pura as of November 2025: Maintaining momentum, reinforcing market confidence

In November 2025, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (HOSE: PDR) demonstrated strong determination to deliver the La Pura project on schedule, maintaining high construction intensity while ensuring quality standards aligned with international benchmarks.

On-site observations indicate that more than 400 workers, engineers, and supervision consultants are operating continuously each day. The project is being constructed by CENTRAL as the main contractor, with Artelia (France) serving as the supervision consultant. Thanks to close coordination among all parties, construction progress across different zones has achieved clear milestones: the Zenia subdivision has reached the 20th floor, while the Risa subdivision has progressed to the 17th floor.

Strategically located at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, La Pura benefits from direct connectivity to the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway, Ring Road 3, and future metro lines.
